hey guys!
remember the pe we had to do yesterday? the yoga like one?
and the teacher said that that will help us get abs so that we can go to the beach and wear our biknis?
im pleased to announce that it is EFFECTIVE!
this morning i woke up with muscle aches in my stomach.
and my stomach muscles are like actually HARD.
not abs yet, but im on the way! :)
(okay maybe they are contracted muscles cos they were worked too hard yesterday, but you know what is making yourself happy?)
oh gosh, im gonna trust the pe teacher from now on.
I WANT ABS!
Im gonna do this exercise everyday for 15 minutes , after my aches subside.
ON MY WAY TO ABS! xD
